Shipping and Return Policy

 

All products are shipped from REBUILDINGWORKS warehouse. Most items are delivered via UPS, USPS, DHL, or FedEx, and large or heavy items may require signature upon delivery (unless otherwise specified).

 

If the product is in stock, please allow up to 48 to 72 hours for order processing and shipping. For time-sensitive orders, please contact us by email to ensure timely fulfillment.

 

If a product is incorrectly shipped or processed due to our error, we will arrange for the package to be returned and reship the correct item at no cost to you. We will cover all return and re-shipping freight charges.

 

Damaged Goods Policy

1. Evidence Requirements: Report any damaged items to the carrier immediately. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment and provide clear photos/videos of the damaged product, along with the tracking number, complete outer packaging, location of damage, and all affected items. Failure to follow these steps may result in claim denial and refusal of refund.

2. After-Sales Resolution: If damage results from external packaging failure, we will hold the logistics provider accountable. The customer is not responsible for return shipping costs and may choose either replacement or full refund.

 

Product Quality Issues Policy

1. Applicable Conditions: The product’s outer packaging must be intact without impact or damage; the issue must originate from a manufacturing defect.

2. After-Sales Handling: Upon verification of a quality issue, we will prioritize sending a free replacement of a brand-new item.

3. Additional Notes: Defects caused by human handling, installation errors, or normal wear and tear during use are not considered manufacturer defects and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or replacements.

Cancel order

To cancel an order, please send an email within 24 hours indicating the order you wish to cancel and include the information used when placing the order. Special-order items cannot be canceled. (Special-order items: accessories custom-made specifically for a customer's vehicle model, as well as products with non-standard patterns or colors.)
